Ok, so as you know I'm having issues with two little two year olds who don't want to stay in their beds or their bedrooms, and take a nap or go to bed at night. Well, we lowered both sides of the girls cribs so when they climbed out of their cribs and finally came to their senses they could climb back in and go back to bed like good little girls that I know they are. So now to the success part, rather than holding the door shut like a mean mom I've rigged up a bungee cord to the door so it can't be open like a mean mom. They can sleep, play, do whatever they want. And what do they want they want to do?They sleep..in the same bed. At first I thought it was because we'd yet to lower Sydney's crib but even after we did that she still climbs in bed with Aubrey and goes to sleep. Soooo Cute. When I go get them their all happy and giggly about it too! Even with the nap they still went to bed ok, so I felt justified. When they start staying up too late at night and won't go to bed we'll revisit the necessities of the nap. But until then (probably tomorrow) I enjoy the sweet taste of success.Wednesday, November 5, 2008
Success...I think

YAY! For one day! YAY! LOL!
Hey, whatever works! We need our sanity and when there's no naps it's hard. It was fun seeing you at playgroup.
